The Forum takes place at the Grand Pettine Hotel (8, Mayachny lane, Odessa, 65038, Ukraine).

We reserved all rooms at the hotel for the Forum participants, with special discounted prices. You should book your accommodation over the registration form.

Please be informed that in case of cancellation of the hotel reservation later then 7 days before arrival or non arrival cancellation fee is 100% of the room rate for the whole period of reservation. If you would like to change the dates of reservation it can be done without any extra fee. Please inform us about any changes beforetime.

Check-in and check-out information:

Check-in -14.00. Check-out - 12.00.

Early check in and late check out available at extra payment and should be agreed before.
